Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is seeking a Graphic Artist to support a training product development team in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time, in-office role requires a current SECRET clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Systems Designers, and Courseware Developers in the design and development of Instructor Led Training (ILT).
- Maintain high standards of design, creativity, and adaptability to modern and emerging trends/needs.
- Create and adapt visuals to align with the intent of larger projects, using a critical eye for detail.
- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, recommending and communicating solutions to non-multimedia-trained personnel.
- Scale design efforts to meet production timelines in a deadline and budget-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organization, and concise communication.
- Adapt to customer needs and maintain strong writing/grammar skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High proficiency and recent experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud, especially intermediate to expert-level experience in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong design skills for online and interactive environments, including troubleshooting.
- U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident Alien status, or protected individual status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) (refugees or asylees) due to ITAR compliance.
- Current SECRET clearance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a graphic-related field with 3+ years of experience in an interactive training environment.
