About The Role As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for using your design skills to create compelling ads for a wide variety of both local and national clients. Speed, accuracy, and the ability to quickly switch gears are all part of the job. You will create original, eye-catching ads that help sell our clients’ products/services to the consumer. What You'll Do Design and produce effective advertising creative across print and digital productsUses creativity to determine styles, size and arrangement of illustrative material and copyUse available technology, templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools appropriately to improve efficiency while maintaining creative qualityTakes a proactive, creative approach utilizing knowledge of effective principles to ensure accurate delivery of project Balances creativity and speed to ensure deadlines are met and the job is completed with accuracyWorks to ensure brand standard compliance (with external stakeholders) for team ads and franchise clients to ensure continuityManage revisions based on internal and client feedbackAssists with additional responsibilities and extra projects as needed including, but not limited to: in-house graphic design projects, franchise spec ads, new advertising initiatives, etc.Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver professional, pixel-perfect final productsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsOther duties as assigned We are a tight-knit group of award-winning artists who never settle for mediocre work. “A game” level performance is a must. Showcase a strong, eye-catching portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory. Qualifications Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing Design, or related field is highly preferredMinimum 0 to 3 years’ previous creative services experience within a fast-paced high-volume environmentStrong understanding of design principle’s ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyStrong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, and colorProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)Familiarity with Microsoft OfficeDigital/web design or motion graphics skills, preferredHTML/email design skills, preferred Position Location: Remote (preferences to have someone in Central or Eastern time zone) Pay Range: $50k-52k
