Graphic Artist
Reports to: Art Manager. FLSA status: Non-Exempt. Pre-employment screening includes background check, education verification, references, and drug test. Eligible for remote work (WI only) after 6–12 months of in-person training and onsite collaboration; occasional return to office may be required.
About the role
We create personalized promotional products for businesses and organizations. As a Graphic Artist, you’ll design electronic images for imprinting, collaborate with customer service to meet customer and vendor expectations, and produce artwork for other departments.
Responsibilities

- Clean up faxed and bitmapped logos or copy from customers.
- Typeset and provide proofs for customer orders.
- Create line illustrations from photos and other sources.
- Convert various file types into vector-based art.
- Alter existing images/layouts for imprinting on promotional products.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and updates.
- Participate in training and seek professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum two-year degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Illustrator or CorelDraw and Photoshop, with up-to-date knowledge of upgrades.
- Strong illustration skills and experience with computer-generated, production art.
- Knowledge of imprinting methods; experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
- Friendly, tactful, and professional communication (phone/email).
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and thrive under deadlines.
- Organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) and enter data.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (H-1B or other visas not offered).

Work environment
Work may be performed remotely (WI only) or at 4imprint’s Oshkosh, Wisconsin offices. Drug-free workplace; pre-employment drug test screens for marijuana (THC), cocaine metabolites, phencyclidine, amphetamines, and opiate metabolites.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
