Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant administration activities, including proposal development, compliance, reporting, and post-award support.
- Cook up grant submissions, monitor deadlines, and ensure adherence to funding agency requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders regarding grant development, budgeting, and reporting.
- Research funding opportunities and prepare competitive grant proposals and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with finance, program leadership, and external partners to support successful grant implementation.
- Maintain organized grant records, reporting calendars, and documentation while supporting continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing federal grants, including compliance, proposal development, submissions, and post-award administration.
- Strong technical writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience interpreting funding announcements and working with federal grant systems and reporting platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
