About the role

Manage grant proposals and ensure compliance with funding requirements. Oversee grant administration processes including budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to secure and manage grants that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals aligned with organizational objectives

  • Ensure all grant activities comply with relevant regulations and donor requirements
  • Monitor and report on grant progress and outcomes
  • Manage relationships with funders and stakeholders to maintain positive working relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in grant management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state grant programs and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple grants simultaneously
  • Knowledge of grant writing best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week, split between remote and office work
