Grants Manager

Responsibilities

• Researching funding opportunities
• Maintaining existing and creating new grant funding relationships
• Writing and coordinating specific proposals that match DMARC’s needs with funding partner priorities
• Sharing DMARC’s value proposition with funding partners and decision makers
• Conducting follow up to secure funding
• Stewarding and keeping regular contact with funding partners
• Reporting DMARC progress of initiatives that are funded
• Documenting support via Blackbaud donor management programs
• Assisting in post-award grant management (work with appropriate DMARC colleagues to monitor grant funds and track grants)
• Celebrating and sharing support publicly

Qualifications

• Experience in grant writing and management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Blackbaud donor management systems
