Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or other related field.
- Additional technical training in Grant Writing, Charitable Giving, and/or Public Relations required; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in writing grants, conducting research, establishing and monitoring systems to track grant proposals and managing associated databases.
- Experience in a not-for-profit, behavioral health, healthcare or other educational organization is preferred.
- Exceptional written/oral communication and project management skills.
- Team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels and diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization with local and remote stakeholders.
- Proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Western Pennsylvania grant-makers and the funding environment is required.
Skills
- Strong writing, analytical, planning, communication and organizational skills.

Pay
Competitive Rate starting at $25/hour
Schedule
Remote position, working part-time, up to 20 hours/week, with an expectation to be in the Homestead offices as part of their weekly schedule.
