About the role
The Grants Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of grant administration, including proposal development, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals to secure funding for various projects.
- Manage budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Prepare and submit required reports to funders and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all grant activities adhere to organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align grant objectives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, public policy, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in grant management or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state grant programs.
- Experience with grant tracking software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
