Grants Coordinator A/B (Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine)

About the role
Under general direction of the Pathology & Lab Medicine ADRO, this position supports the Pathology Research Business Office in pre- and post-award grant management, including proposal development, budget development, and related activities for a diverse sponsor portfolio.
- Prepare and process revised budgets, new budget journals, reallocation journals, budget reduction journals, Concur and Procard transactions, and cost transfers.
- Assist with grant reporting and closeout, including reporting on discretionary and endowment funds.
- Act as a liaison with School of Medicine administration and Research Services.
Reports to the Pathology & Lab Medicine ADRO with a dotted reporting line to the SOM Office of Research Support Services.
Grants Coordinator B performs all the above duties independently with an increased portfolio. Position contingent upon funding.
Requirements
- Grants Coordinator A: Associate of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Grants Coordinator B: Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay
Annual salary range: $37,220.00 - $57,420.00. Offers are based on candidate qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal and market factors, and grade profile.
