About the role
The Grants and Agreements Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of grant and agreement administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain grant and agreement files in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit grant applications and reports to funding agencies.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of required financial and administrative reports.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of grants and agreements.
- Manage conflict resolution and negotiation processes related to grants and agreements.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on grant and agreement procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, business, or a related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state grant regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience working with non-profit organizations or government agencies.
- Knowledge of grant writing and budgeting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Grant management software proficiency (e.g., Grants.gov, Foundation Center).
- Project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
