What you’ll do
- Preparing and submitting invoices for 30+ government contracts (city, county, state, and federal)
- Monitoring grant budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with funder requirements
- Supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Collaborating with program and payroll teams to ensure accurate grant billings
- Tracking accounts receivable and following up to support timely reimbursements
- Maintaining strong documentation and supporting internal and external audits
What you bring
- 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, staff accounting, or bookkeeping
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems (Sage Intacct a plus)
- Experience with government contract billing and high-volume invoicing
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and deadline management skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field

Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days remote/1 day per week in Seattle, WA Office)
Salary Range: $78,000–$85,000
