About the role
As a Grant Writer at our organization, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding for various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Research potential funding sources and evaluate their eligibility criteria
- Develop compelling grant proposals that align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and data
- Prepare and submit grant applications in a timely manner
- Follow up with funders to address questions and provide additional information
- Monitor progress of funded projects and report outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in grant writing or related field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local grant programs
- Experience working with non-profit organizations
