Grant Operations Associate

About the role

The Grant Operations Associate is responsible for managing grant reporting, compliance, and operational processes for Western Technical College’s portfolio of federal, state, and privately funded grants, ensuring accurate data collection, timely report submission, effective project coordination, and support for grant development and administration.

Schedule

This is a non-benefit eligible part-time position working 20–23 hours per week with flexible hours Monday–Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Hybrid eligibility (some remote work) is available after the training period.
