Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Composes effective communications and screens information.
- Affords assistance in planning events and receiving guests.
- Utilizes social media, marketing, and mailing for grant-related activities.
- Works with mobile clinic coordinators on clinic scheduling and coordination of volunteers.
- Manages speaker travel arrangements and facilities coordination.
- Collects and reports data for quarterly evaluations of program effectiveness.
- Manages inventory and oversees budget processes.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate and administer programs and projects, manage resources, and assess risks and quality issues.
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely to groups or individuals, and listen and respond appropriately to others.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and responding to high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, and/or grants administration; 4-6 years preferred.
