Grant Coordinator
Job Description
The Grant Coordinator is a key member of the Grants Team within the Foundations of Kaleida Health. This role supports the successful administration of grant-funded programs across the health system by helping ensure compliance with grant requirements and coordinating the timely submission of required reports and documentation.
Working closely with the Foundation Grants Team, Finance Grants Team, and program leaders throughout Kaleida Health, the Grant Coordinator coordinates grant reporting activities, tracks deadlines, maintains records, and supports compliance with federal, state, foundation, and internal grant requirements.
Education And Credentials
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 Years experience in grant administration, compliance, or fiscal oversight within a healthcare, university, or nonprofit setting required.
- 2 Years experience in project tracking, audit documentation, or database management required.
- 2 years of Community Programmatic Work preferred.

Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
