We are looking for an experienced Grant Analyst to support grant administration activities for a contract opportunity in California. This role is suited for an organized individual who can manage grant-related records, maintain accuracy across financial and compliance documentation, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of federal and government grant processes, along with the ability to handle high-volume numeric data with precision. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day grant administration tasks, ensuring records, documentation, and reporting remain accurate and up to date. • Review grant financial information to support accounting activities, funding tracking, and compliance with applicable guidelines. • Process large volumes of numerical data with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining organized supporting documentation. • Monitor federal and government grant requirements to help ensure timely submission of required materials and proper use of funds. • Reconcile grant-related data across internal records and financial reports to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare summaries, status updates, and supporting analysis for stakeholders involved in grant oversight and administration. • Maintain detailed files for awarded grants, including budget information, approvals, and compliance documentation. • Assist with updates to grant tracking methods, processes, or systems as needed to improve reporting efficiency and record accuracy. • At least 5 years of experience in grant administration, grant accounting, or a closely related analytical role. • Hands-on experience working with federal grants, government grants, and related compliance requirements. • Strong understanding of financial tracking, reconciliation, and documentation practices tied to grant-funded programs. • Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy, especially involving numeric information. • Proficiency in reviewing and maintaining detailed records, reports, and supporting grant documentation. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
