The Grant Administration Consultant, Manager role is a full-time position within the Health Services sector, requiring up to 80% travel.

About the role

As a Grant Administration Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients to optimize their operations and achieve strategic objectives. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role involves delivering tailored solutions to address complex challenges, driving meaningful outcomes, and maintaining high standards. You will enhance your leadership style, motivate and develop teams, and identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the firm. Leading with integrity and authenticity, you will articulate the firm’s purpose and values while embracing technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations consulting workstreams within health services to drive business transformation initiatives
  • Manage client support engagements and foster stakeholder relationships to enhance service excellence
  • Utilize analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operations processes and strategies
  • Implement quality standards and process improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence
  • Conduct market research and strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business performance metrics enhancement
  • Oversee project resource management and planning operations to support change management efforts
  • Coach and mentor teams to embrace change and develop intellectual curiosity and learning agility
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and teams to support operations management and strategy execution

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
