Grant Administration Consultant, Manager
Responsibilities
- Leading operations consulting workstreams within health services to drive business transformation initiatives
- Managing client support engagements and fostering stakeholder relationships to enhance service excellence
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operations processes and strategies
- Implementing quality standards and process improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence
- Conducting market research and strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business performance metrics enhancement
- Overseeing project resource management and planning operations to support change management efforts
- Coaching and mentoring teams to embrace change and develop intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and teams to support operations management and strategy execution
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Operations Strategy
- Excelling in Change Management and Process Optimization
- Utilizing Management Consulting skills in Health Services
- Leading teams in Business Transformation initiatives
- Implementing Quality Standards in operational processes
- Engaging stakeholders through effective Relationship Building
Qualifications

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
