Responsibilities

  • Leading operations consulting workstreams within health services to drive business transformation initiatives
  • Managing client support engagements and fostering stakeholder relationships to enhance service excellence
  • Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operations processes and strategies
  • Implementing quality standards and process improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence
  • Conducting market research and strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business performance metrics enhancement
  • Overseeing project resource management and planning operations to support change management efforts
  • Coaching and mentoring teams to embrace change and develop intellectual curiosity and learning agility
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and teams to support operations management and strategy execution

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Operations Strategy
  • Excelling in Change Management and Process Optimization
  • Utilizing Management Consulting skills in Health Services
  • Leading teams in Business Transformation initiatives
  • Implementing Quality Standards in operational processes
  • Engaging stakeholders through effective Relationship Building
