About the Role
As a Grant Administration Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients within the Health Services sector to optimize their operations and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your expertise in operations consulting to deliver tailored solutions that address complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. You will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, coach team members, leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations. You will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm, lead with integrity and authenticity, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead operations consulting workstreams within health services to drive business transformation initiatives
- Manage client support engagements and foster stakeholder relationships to enhance service excellence
- Utilize analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operations processes and strategies
- Implement quality standards and process improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence
- Conduct market research and strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business performance metrics enhancement
- Oversee project resource management and planning operations to support change management efforts
- Coach and mentor teams to embrace change and develop intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and teams to support operations management and strategy execution
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
