Grain Settlement Specialist, Experienced

About the role
The Experienced Grain Settlement Specialist will provide day-to-day support for business unit customers and vendors through the entire procure-to-pay process while seeking process improvement efficiencies. This role involves understanding corporate structures, business contacts, and stakeholders, as well as participating in special projects and other duties as assigned. This is an onsite position based in French, MN (outside Fergus Falls, MN).
Responsibilities
- Track receipt of data and source documents.
- Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data to be entered.
- Contact preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Maintain accurate and complete client files/filing.
- Enter and apply grain tickets, accurately process grain settlements, and make necessary corrections.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve results as required.
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and filing.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
- High School diploma or GED.
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Associate's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay
