Grain Operations Specialist

Hourly, full-time position. Salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours plus train loading incentives and may vary. Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus.

About the role

Do something different every day as you work with our grain department and their many services. Provide a valuable service to the local community in a friendly and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain products
• Assist in operating grain elevators
• Build valuable relationships with local customers
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Monitor and maintain grain quality
• Assist with loading trains
• May help at other locations in the area
• Operate equipment and obtain certifications as you grow in this role
