Grain Production Worker - Seasonal

About the Role

This seasonal position involves operating and maintaining grain handling facilities, including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars, as well as managing grain ground piles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grain handling equipment and facilities
• Load and unload trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars
• Manage grain ground piles
• Perform equipment upkeep and maintenance
• Ensure safety compliance and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, climbing, and working in varied outdoor and indoor conditions with PPE
• Basic English communication and computer skills

Preferred Attributes

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
