Grain Production Worker - Seasonal

About the role

This role involves performing facility operations such as loading and unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, as well as managing grain ground piles and handling tasks related to grain processing. You will be responsible for basic maintenance and operator care of equipment, providing excellent customer service, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• At least 18 years old
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, climbing, and working in varied indoor and outdoor conditions while wearing PPE

Preferred Skills

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts

Pay

$25 per hour with a $2000 sign-on bonus.
