Grain Facility Operator in Training

Responsibilities
- Participate in the company Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
- Comply with OSHA, company safety, and environmental regulations (ISO where applicable).
- Perform tasks such as transferring, loading, moving grain, and performing rail duties.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely.
- Perform general clean-up duties.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs, where applicable.
- Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
- May be responsible for various tasks including product movement, truck loading, rail operations, and equipment operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an industrial environment preferred but not required.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use appropriate tools for assigned tasks.
- Ability to handle high dust levels and work in extreme weather conditions.

Pay
