Responsibilities
- Participate in the company Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
- Comply with OSHA, company safety, and environmental regulations (ISO where applicable).
- Perform tasks such as transferring, loading, and moving grain to appropriate locations.
- Operate and monitor rail cars, perform rail duties, and weigh trucks.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely.
- Perform general clean-up duties including sweeping, shoveling, washing, painting, and other housekeeping tasks.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
- May assist with product movement to storage, loading trucks, operating heavy equipment, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in an industrial environment with a dependable work record preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to use tools appropriate for assigned tasks.
- Ability to remain focused on exceptional customer service.

Pay
