About the role

The typical hours for this operating role are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. During peak seasons, we may need your expertise on weekends.

As a Grain Processing Operator, you will oversee the intricate processes of receiving, storing, handling, drying, blending, and loading grain with unwavering dedication to efficiency and precision. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that grain quality is consistently monitored, and equipment is operated with finesse, upholding our exceptional service standards. You will diligently maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our grain facilities and equipment, cultivating a safe and thriving work environment for all. When the agronomy season ramps up, you will seamlessly transition to support our agronomy department.

Requirements

  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position including prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces and elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders
  • Able to work in conditions such as heat and cold
  • Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Exemplary attendance and proactive mindset
