About the role
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance and operations. This includes managing the day-to-day tasks of the facilities team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks for the facility
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services
- Manage inventory and supplies for the facilities team
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
