Grain Bagger

Core Responsibilities

• Bag corn, wheat, and soybeans at harvest in a timely, cost efficient manner.
• Reclaim corn, wheat, and soybeans when procurement and mill need bushels.
• Quality control of bagged bushels.
• Accountable for grain and soybean shrinkage related to bagging/reclaimed grain and soybeans.
• Operate bagging/reclaiming equipment in a safe productive manner.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on bagging/reclaiming equipment.
• Interact and communicate with farmer and drivers selling and delivering grain.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Agriculture/Mechanical experience preferred.
• Able to operate tractor, auger, and conveyor.
