About the Role
CPI is seeking a dedicated Grain and Agronomy Operator to join our expanding team. We are looking for someone who likes to work outside and enjoys working independently or on a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload grain commodities
- Blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals
- Load railcars at certain facilities
- Operate heavy equipment if certified (as needed)
Qualifications
- Positive attitude
- Good work attendance
- Open to overtime opportunities
- No experience necessary – training provided
