Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, RIBBONS AND REEVES

Key Responsibilities

• Providing in-class support for children with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual learning needs
• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs
• Aiding teachers with lesson resources, classroom management, and progress monitoring

Qualifications

A recent graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree (any subject considered)

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (voluntary or paid)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment from September 2026 to July 2027
