About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve job matching services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve job matching services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate measures.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for users and customers.
  • Contribute to research and development projects related to job matching and platform optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and platforms.
  • Experience with database management systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize complex systems.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and serverless architectures.
  • Understanding of machine learning and AI techniques.
  • Experience with API design and integration.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
