Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve job matching services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate measures.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for users and customers.
- Contribute to research and development projects related to job matching and platform optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and platforms.
- Experience with database management systems and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and optimize complex systems.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and serverless architectures.
- Understanding of machine learning and AI techniques.
- Experience with API design and integration.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
