Graduate Research Assistant in Computer Science

About the role

This Graduate Research Assistantship is available to master’s and doctoral students who are assigned to a faculty member conducting research or scholarly work. Duties vary by project and assigned research or creative functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently admitted to the Graduate School
• Be in good academic standing
• Registered full-time for the respective semester:
  • Nine (9) semester credit hours during the fall semester
  • Nine (9) semester credit hours during the spring semester
  • Three (3) semester credit hours during the summer session(s)
  • Or registered in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements on the degree plan

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

• The assistantship is available to students assigned to a specific faculty member conducting research or scholarly work

Schedule

Maximum appointment is limited to twenty (20) hours per week (50% FTE).
