About the Role
A Radiologic Technologist – New Graduate provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, accurate, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform imaging exams following established protocols
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate procedure documentation
- Operate imaging equipment and review image quality for diagnostic accuracy
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control practices
- Assist and educate patients throughout imaging procedures
- Support team members with exam protocols and equipment operation
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace
Requirements
- ARRT certification and state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency with imaging systems and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong task prioritization and problem-solving abilities
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to read labels and operate imaging equipment
- Assist with patient transfers and positioning
- Navigate busy clinical environments efficiently
- Demonstrate manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Effective verbal communication with patients and team members
