About the Role

A Radiologic Technologist – New Graduate provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, accurate, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging exams following established protocols
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate procedure documentation
• Operate imaging equipment and review image quality for diagnostic accuracy
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control practices
• Assist and educate patients throughout imaging procedures
• Support team members with exam protocols and equipment operation
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace

Requirements

• ARRT certification and state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Proficiency with imaging systems and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong task prioritization and problem-solving abilities

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to read labels and operate imaging equipment
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning
• Navigate busy clinical environments efficiently
• Demonstrate manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Effective verbal communication with patients and team members
