About the role
Deliver efficient nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
