Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN)

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing efficient nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program.
• Current or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
