About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients/residents, monitoring conditions, and reporting changes
- Contributing to assessments and care planning
- Supervising and monitoring unlicensed staff providing care
- Administering medications and performing treatments as ordered
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program
- Current or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
