Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The position focuses on achieving positive clinical outcomes, ensuring patient and family satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, effective nursing care and monitor patient conditions
- Participate in assessments and care planning
- Evaluate patients/residents and contribute to care planning
- Supervise unlicensed staff and ensure quality care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program
- Current licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
