About the Role
Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Cardiac Pavilion as a Graduate Nurse Resident or Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
- Evaluate care effectiveness provided by team members
- Coordinate patient care across departments
- Maintain professional accountability and adhere to mission, values, and standards
- Provide compassionate patient care
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and other physical tasks
