Graduate Nurse - Orthopedics

Role Overview The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. They assist in delivering patient and family-centered care, educate patients on managing their conditions, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. The role requires obtaining nursing licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.Develop and modify individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.Participate in activities promoting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and professional development. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome.Must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
