About the Role
Under direct supervision, provides safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Serves as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to improve the patient experience. New graduates are eligible to perform functions within their scope of practice with demonstrated competency.
Responsibilities

- Utilize information from various sources to inform care
Requirements
- Eligible to sit for the NCLEX and obtain licensure in Texas
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse Permit
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
