New Grad RN Program cohort starts October 19th, 2026 at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ (6200 N. La Cholla Blvd). Positions are full time with 12-hour shifts in an assigned department and shift.

About the Program

  • Full-time employment with 12-hour shifts
  • Department and shift assignments based on interest, fit, and availability
  • 8–12 week structured orientation with ongoing support through your first year
  • Variety of units available
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for Med-Surgical and Telemetry Unit (eligible candidates)
  • Evidence-based curriculum that adapts throughout the first year of practice
  • Development of professional relationships through cohort experience, collaboration with peers, dedicated preceptors, and educators
  • Growth in clinical reasoning skills through preceptorship, simulation, case studies, role-playing, group discussions, self-reflection, and active learning activities in a supportive environment

Requirements

  • Current Arizona RN license or compact state license (must have RN license prior to start date)
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification (must be valid for 90 days upon hire)
  • New grad RNs have 180 days to certify if ACLS or other certification is required for the department
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer (this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship)

Qualifications

  • Required: Associate’s or Diploma in nursing program
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
