About the role
The Graduate Nurse Residency Program is a full‑time RN position that creates a seamless educational transition into nursing. Residents assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of patients on a 31‑bed critical care unit serving neurology and neurosurgery patients (strokes, brain tumors, head traumas, seizures, neuro‑oncology, advanced neurological monitoring, and other neuromuscular disorders). Residents remain full‑time on one unit for the entire year and actively participate in all learning opportunities offered.
