About the Role

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, under nursing standards. They must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in professional development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
