About the role

Our award-winning Graduate Management Training Programme offers one of the fastest routes to management. Through hands-on experience and excellent training, Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in one of our retail operations in as little as two years. Most of our senior leaders, including our current CEO, began their careers in this role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a classroom-based orientation session before being placed in one of our branches.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, account management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Develop the skills needed to manage a business through real-world responsibilities.
