Graduate Management Trainee - Cornwall

About the role

Our award-winning Graduate Management Training Programme offers a fast-track route to management. Through hands-on experience and excellent training, you can progress to Branch Manager in one of our retail operations in as little as two years. Most of our senior leaders, including our current CEO, began their careers in this role.

From day one, we’ll invest in you, providing a supportive environment where you’ll take on real responsibilities and gain invaluable hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a classroom-based orientation session before being based in one of our branches.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, account management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Develop the skills needed to manage a business through real-world responsibilities.

Career Progression

The initial training takes around 8 to 12 months, after which you should be ready to move into your next role.
