About the role

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position in our Business and Leadership Pathway beginning August 15th, 2026. The position requires a specialization in Business with experience, success, and interest in graduate business curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching load of 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring)
  • Providing effective leadership in curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and staffing of the graduate programs
  • Coordinating with related programs
  • Continuing professional development
  • Commitment to collaboration and service within the Pathway, across the University and in the community

Requirements

  • A master's degree in an area of business is required; terminal degree is preferred for this position
  • Must be able to advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University
