Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and retaining student-athletes
- Support team travel and game-day operations
- Manage equipment and facilities maintenance
- Collaborate with other coaches and administrative staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in collegiate athletics or similar field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations and policies
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
