Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Implement and maintain software solutions to improve client operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of common IT infrastructure components
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
