Responsibilities
- Aid with all aspects of home game and event sports information tasks - statistics, livestreaming, event staffing, social media and media relations.
- Create and publish digital content for assigned sports and events.
- Generate, schedule, and manage daily content on social media platforms.
- Update website content such as rosters, schedules, bios, and press releases.
- Keep statistical records, conduct research, and archive data for all sports.
- Comply with NCAA, CCIW, and Carroll University policies and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Maintain full-time status in an eligible Carroll University graduate program.
- Additional approval required for entrance in graduate programs outside of Education.
- Bachelor's degree in sports management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience with in-game, collegiate sports statistics keeping highly preferred.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is highly desirable.
- Excellent human relations skills, including effective communication with a variety of constituents.
- Ability to function effectively as a team player within the program and athletics department.
- Productive, professional demeanor that represents Carroll University at the highest level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and ability to quickly learn new technology applications.
- Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, ability, socio-economic background, or job type.
Special Requirements
- Valid motor vehicle license and insurability under the University's insurance plan.

Compliance
- Must comply with Title IX and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).
- Required to report violations of law under Title IX and the Clery Act.
- Position designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act.
- Required to complete annual training about reporting responsibilities.
